Description
This internship is a high-profile customer service position. Interns will answer phones, communicate information, and register patrons as well as assist in solving any problems the patrons may have. This position receives cash payments and makes daily balances and deposits. Clerically, there is data entry, filing, and letters to be typed and sent out. There is a janitorial aspect to the position that involves vacuuming, cleaning and emptying garbage. In addition, the intern may be responsible for some basic first aid knowledge and will have the opportunity to become CPR certified.
 
Educational Aspect
The intern will be learning, or practicing and honing, the following skills: customer service skills, data entry skills, cleaning abilities, cash handling and multitasking.
 
Further Requirements
