Description
Get great experience at a fun and rewarding location, while also enjoying a discount at our store! We are seeking interns to help in the business operations of various programs including sales and customer service, as well as marketing through social media and other venues. You will get a chance to be creative and promote the Opportunity Foundation and its mission while working alongside our staff in operating our business, specifically our coffee shop, Cuportunity Coffee.

The Opportunity Foundation is a local 501(c)3 non-profit that serves adults with a disability. We are the second largest non-profit in Central Oregon behind St. Charles. We operate a retail store and coffee shop in Redmond that serves as training locations for clients to build employment skills.
 
Educational Aspect
The student will learn the fundamentals of running a customer service-oriented business while also learning about marketing and gaining first-hand experience doing promotion through social media. Additionally, we offer students interested in the human services field the chance to get experience working at a non-profit that serves adults with disabilities in various ways.
 
Further Requirements
There will be an additional application that your internship coordinator will send you, which includes a background check.
