Job Overview:
- Wash all tableware, pots and pans, and utensils. Stock areas with glassware and supplies and burnish all silver.
- Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of operation.
- Ensure all guest experiences are supreme.
This position does not have a set start and end date. This will be based on students' availability and the needs of the department. |
| Educational Aspect |
Hospitality is a big career in Central Oregon and all over the world. While working in the Banquets department, students will learn responsibility, how to work as a team and how to plan according to the number of attendees are expected at an event. As a Steward, there may also be opportunities to help with cooking duties as needed. It's the great first step to learning if a career in culinary is right for them! |
