Description |
Manski Media is a digital marketing company that focuses heavily on social media marketing. We also offer graphic design, Google ads, Amazon ads, Blog writing, web design, SEO, photo and video production, and more. Some of these services are done by businesses we're partnered with, but many are done in-house. We believe in providing quality, digital marketing help for businesses at an affordable rate. We are able to maintain an extremely affordable rate by streamlining our processes and working efficiently. We also believe in looking at a marketing strategy holistically and understand that there is no cookie-cutter, one size fits all, approach. While we are still a young company (2.5 years old), we have quickly established ourselves as a local leader in the industry and are expanding our footprint all across the country. We are currently looking to hire a part-time digital ad programmer for approximately 15-20 hours per week with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the need arises. This job will consist of working with the creative team to help brainstorm ideas, program, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns for our clients. Here are some of the platforms and programs this individual will be working with and must be proficient in: - Facebook business manager - Facebook ads manager - Facebook pixel and website integration - LinkedIn ads manager - Amazon ads - Google My Business - Google AdWords - Google Analytics - Additional platforms may be needed, but let's be honest, they're all very similar so if you know one, you should be able to handle others.
Some of this work will be done remotely so a conducive work environment is important if wanting to work outside the office. There will be weekly in-person planning meetings every Wednesday. Important qualities: - Analytical - Numbers and results-driven - Eye for design - Efficient - Flexible and able to adjust on the fly - Able to work both independently as well as collaboratively
