Description

Under general supervision, the Customer Service Specialist/Receptionist conducts daily reception operations for Cascade Swim Center, RAPRD Activity Center, Centennial Park kiosk, and District business office. The position is also responsible for clerical and some janitorial duties.

Customer Support Specialists are the first-line contact for District customers, so providing responsive customer support in a friendly, professional manner is essential. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and organizational skills, with special attention to detail and accuracy.

Possession of CPR/PR certificate and Advanced First Aid certificate issued by American Red Cross must be obtained within 30 days.

Educational Aspect
