Warehouse workers and fulfillment specialists are in high demand these days. Are you considering joining the growing number of workers that are taking on warehouse jobs? Learn how a warehouse operates. Collective Pallet is a membership-based shared warehouse that supports product-based companies by providing all things warehousing related. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting in warehouse duties and Membership relations. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current day-to-day operations.

Educational Aspect

Learn the ins and outs of warehousing, fulfillment, and working with other businesses in the community. As an intern, you will be learning and assisting in a broad range of duties in the warehouse. This internship position will provide training in the order fulfillment process of picking and packing shipments, how to choose the right packaging material for a shipment, how dimensions and weight affect shipping rates, best practices in keeping the warehouse clean and organized, how to receive incoming stock and track inventory, as well as greeting Members, assisting Members and answering questions.

Further Requirements

Some useful skills for this internship are teamwork and coordination, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The position can be somewhat labor-intensive and typically require standing or walking for most of the shift.
