Description

We are looking for exceptional people to work at Academie de Ballet Classique. In this role, you will work with a dedicated team of professionals and performing arts educators to deliver our programs to those seeking a silky experience.

We seek efficient, bright, and joyful people who are passionate about providing an exceptional experience for all, staff, and families.

In this role you will:

-       Provide assistance to the front desk with enthusiasm and eagerness.

-       Greet students, respectfully following check-in protocols as dictated by the State.

-       Swiftly answer phones, answering with a solid understanding of studio values and programs.

-       Manage follow-up inquiries so that all who are investigating our program remain informed.

-       Respond to emails using pleasing and engaging language.

-       Assist dancers in fittings and purchasing needed dancewear.

-       Contribute passionately to online and in-person team catch-ups.

-       Attend and engage fully in our annual Team Retreat.

-       Contribute regularly to our Project Management Board used for team communication.

-       Coordinate with Systems Guru, finding where to offer support and assistance.

- A true desire to make a real impact. You adore working with adults and children and find no greater pleasure than helping them enjoy their time in the studio. 
- A natural and welcoming approach to forming relationships with parents. You are warm, approachable, and confident when speaking with parents. They respect your ability to communicate with ease and make them feel part of the studio family.
 
Educational Aspect

- Responsibility and consistency of appearance, efforts, and outcomes.

- Follow instructions, learning to ask for help when duties are stated unclearly.  We do work diligently in communication clarity. 

- Becoming an asset to the company, by taking initiative where appropriate and within your studio role (aka job description & duties).

- Critical thinking required for problem-solving - taking into account parties affected by any action, expected outcome, and ability to look at the past performance of decisions and learning to assess one's own outcomes and goals.
