Description
We are seeking four dynamic Front Desk agents to become a part of our Motel 6 team. These interns will be tasked with the duties of
answering the phone, check-in & check-out of guests, processing payments either in cash, credit card, or both. They must also keep the cash drawer in balance, keep records of all in-house guests while maintaining good communication with your managers. The intern must be able to respond to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
 
 Qualifications:
· Good customer service skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· No previous experience required
 
Educational Aspect
The interns will receive the necessary training and understanding of how the motel industry operates. There will be ongoing assistance and support in customer service and support for the motel's guests.
 
Further Requirements

The intern must have the willingness to learn about the hospitality industry and customer service.
