Village Bike and Ski is a ski and bike sales and rental shop in Sunriver Oregon. We are currently looking for summer, customer service interns.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and fun environment, this may be a great opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and enjoy working with the public. Bike and ski experience/interest is preferred, but not required. 

Customer Service interns will be adequately trained to perform the following tasks: bike rentals, soft goods sales, cashier, opening and closing duties, fix tire flats and other basic bike maintenance and offer local trail/bike path information and guidance to customers.

Interns will gain valuable skills and experience working as a team member and interacting with a diverse clientele in the tourism and recreation industry.  Hirees will also learn basic bike adjustment skills and further their knowledge of our local outdoor and recreational attractions. 

Summer interns need to be available for work for the following summer holidays: Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend. Requests for time off will be considered at least 4 weeks in advance.

Summer interns will be moving bikes and trailers to accommodate rental customers. At times, an intern may have to lift up to 40-50lbs.
