Description
The Customer Support Specialist is the first-line, in person contact for District customers at the Centennial Park Kiosk.  The ideal candidate enjoys meeting and serving people.
 
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Willingness to interact with the general public
- Using computer skills to sell concessions and create records
- Handling conflicts with patrons, as needed
- Doing chemical water checks
- Cleaning the patio area
- Computer skills, cash handling skills, janitorial upkeep of the kiosk area, and emergency care as required are all a part of this position.

Educational Aspect
The intern would be learning good customer service skills, cash handling, inventory and stock taking, cleaning and janitorial, and chemical testing for water purity.
 
Further Requirements
- This is a seasonal position which will be located at the Redmond Centennial Park Kiosk under the guidance of the Cascade Swim Center.
- Possession of CPR/PR certificate and Advanced First Aid certificate issued by the American Red Cross must be obtained within 30 days.
