Description

Job Description: Work with Bend Relo agents to create a local Bend video library to help highlight different aspects of living in Central Oregon.

    • The Intern will select from a list of 250 video topics and organize into categories such as "Recreation Opportunities", "What's The Weather Like?", "Best Food Trucks", "Bend/Redmond High Schools", "Neighborhood Tours", "Real Estate Market Update Series", etc.
    • Intern will propose a list of 5 video categories, fill each category with videos to write a script for, film videos with an iPhone and Gimbal, edit videos, post to Bend Relo YouTube Channel. 
    • Flexible in office/ work from home. Some work can be done remotely, 1 day per week of office hours and 1 day per week filming hours, once the project is underway. 

OTHER TASKS

    • Shadow agents in the field showing property and giving listing presentations. Contribute to conversation/take notes/support/turn on lights etc
    • Support the Bend Relo team in the various real estate related tasks that come up in the course of business.

FINAL PROJECT

Present your final video content library, and explain what you've learned about adding value to potential clients using the medium of video. It will be graded subjectively on effort put forth, value added, and a discretionary final bonus MAY be paid based upon the success of the project. 

 

Educational Aspect

Education to set the intern up for success will include Tom Ferry and Jason Pantana on-demand trainings to learn how top real estate teams are building their YouTube video content libraries. Intern to watch and send summary of findings on a weekly basis.
