Must be able to stop bend and lift up to 50lbs for up to 8 hours.

Summer internship includes daily dish washing, back of house food preparation, basic line cooking.
Educational Aspect
Student will learn basic dish washing duties of a commercial kitchen, proper food storage procedures, back of house cleaning regiments, food preparation, food portioning, use of standardize recipes, basic line cooking and hands on basic day to day operations of restaurant.
