|Golf course maintenance crew intern will perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance and will participate in aspects of turf manicuring and management including, but not limited to, precision mowing, topdressing, cup cutting, bunker raking and special projects. Works under the general supervision of the Head Superintendent
|• Gain knowledge of methods and materials used in golf course grounds maintenance and general landscaping work.
• Gain proficient skill with operation of hand tools, power tools and equipment.
• Gain the ability to operate tractors, mowers and light motorized equipment.
• Learn good communication skills and the ability to understand and comply with oral and written directions.
