We specialize in seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia who need our full, hands-on attention. Our houses each have 5 residents and 2 or more caregivers, 24 hours a day so you will never find yourself alone or without support. We have relentlessly high standards for how our residents are cared for and want to make them (and you!) feel at home. Duties include cleaning, cooking, toileting, administering medications, assisting residents and tucking them back into bed, hugging, smiling, etc. We care as much about our resident's quality of life as we do about every other aspect of their care. We do not look or feel like those big facilities on the hill. We are committed to being better than the rest and improving the standard of care for all seniors in Central Oregon.
Educational Aspect
We are seeking candidates who are fun and energetic, and who: Are committed to and passionate about providing high quality, resident focused care. Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment. Will be able to exhibit patience and compassion when dealing with residents, family members, coworkers, and visitors. Who can have fun, be goofy, and work as a team to provide a loving home environment for our residents and a rewarding and supportive work environment for each other. Who are self-motivated and can work semi-autonomously or as a team. No experience necessary. We do all of our training on site with strong teamwork and management support. If you want a fun and rewarding job working for a great company, we would love to meet you.
