Intern will conduct outreach and marketing activities, online and/or in person. Activities and learning will be adjusted depending on experience, personality, and work habits of each intern. You’ll be working with a seasoned writer, editor, and branding professional who is helping Sisters Farmers Market relaunch on a new day and time. A positive attitude -- whether upbeat or relaxed -- is required. Social media, PR, media, calendar of events, merch production & sales, delivering flyers to businesses, developing community and business relationships, photographing musicians—there’s plenty to do. Please specify where you live and whether you have a car. On-site locations include Sisters (for the market) plus Bend and Redmond for flyering, postering, and other promotion. Some work can be done online.
