|The Goody's Chocolatier/Production Intern will work closely with our head chocolatiers and kitchen managers. As an intern, you will learn the processes of making chocolate confections, ice cream and ice cream toppings.
|During your internship, you will be trained on cooking, tempering, dipping, cutting, rolling and packaging of chocolates and confections. You will also have an opportunity to be trained on the use of kitchen equipment such as a chocolate mold depositor, chocolate enrober, portable agitator, caramel depositor and confection extruder. In addition, you will be trained on and assist with ice cream production. This will include making ice cream in a large capacity batch freezer and making ice cream toppings, along with creating daily ice cream production lists and weekly inventory for production.
