|1. Graphic Design Activities
a. Social Media graphics for Pickle Jar Studios social media accounts (facebook, Instagram, pinterest) which could include illustrations, typography, photography and photo editing, or layout.
b. Blog graphics for new and previously published posts
c. Potentially editing some small client projects with supervision
d. Photography and Audio editing tasks could also be added to duties if the applicant shows interest/skill in these areas. (Creating photos, and editing the PJS business-related podcast, Tough Cookie)
2. Marketing Activities:
a. Reaching out to potential clients
b. Helping assemble lists of potential clients
c. Following up with leads to qualify them/provide them with introductory materials
3. Admin Activities:
a. Small organizational and admin tasks as needed such photo organization, file management, and client communication or record keeping.
|• Knowledge of all aspects of running a business – from gaining clients, to self-marketing and promotion, to managing existing clients and projects.
• Marketing plans and activities of a small business owner / service provider.
• Graphic design skills (branding and logo design, layout, color theory, typography, illustration, and file management)
• Photography and audio editing training if desired.
|Internet, social media, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (not required but would be a bonus), email. Photography, design or illustration skills also a bonus.
