Description
1. Available 2 or more days a week.
2. Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
3. Greet clients entering the office.
4. Professionally answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to correct staff.
5. Clean office, kitchen area, restrooms and remove trash/recycle weekly.
6. Copy, print, and scan documents.
7. Research posted contracts through online platforms available for bidding, using specific parameters. 
8. Check mailbox, distribute and send mail.
9. Perform work-related errands such as delivering and submitting documents to municipalities and checking mail at the post office, etc.
10. Preparing documents and binders for project submittals.
 
Educational Aspect
1. How to work with/for a group of career-specific professionals.
2. How to interact with heads of municipalities and associated personnel.
3. Opportunity to look deeper into either civil engineering and/or land surveying.
 
 
Further Requirements

The intern needs to have their own reliable transportation.
