Educational Aspect

The People Experience Intern will be involved in several possible engaging projects.  Here a few of the possible projects:

 - Share Point Organization: Over time, the People Experience team has stored a wide variety of resources on our Share Point sites.  Unfortunately, we don't have these files organized well for easy access.  We would love an intern to come in and clean up this disorganized mess. Since you would be organizing Human Resources files, you would learn about all of the functions, policies, and procedures the People Experience Team creates.

 - Job Description Review: Conduct a review and rewrites for job descriptions for consistency across all leadership levels and departments to be housed in one easily accessible location.

 - Training Program Access: Create one internal site (on Confluence, Sharepoint, intranet, etc.) so all employees can access recordings and PowerPoint slides.

College Sophomore - Senior; Majoring in Human Resources related field.
