· Greeting customers
· Answering phones
· Making/canceling reservations
· Price store items
· Stock shelves/inventory
· Process online and late reservations
· Check-in/check-out guests
· Clean store

Front Desk / Reservation Specialist Interns will be cross-trained for other positions should the need arise for coverage in another employee's absence.

Educational Aspect
Interns will work directly with the public.  Having the confidence to interact with guests is important.  Students will learn how to multi-task with guests in-person and over the phone and prioritize their daily tasks.  As the Front Desk / Reservation Specialist, interns will utilize our reservation software and navigate the computer programs necessary to perform their job.  Answering and using a multi-line telephone system will also be taught.  In the store, interns will be responsible for restocking products.  Interns will also use the cash register when products are sold, so making change with cash will be a useful skill that is taught.
