Description |
The intern would work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to develop a new volunteer program. This would include collaboration, research, development, and launching of the new program. It will be a great experience for the student to see a project from conception to completion. |
Educational Aspect |
Real-world experience working within a team environment on the development of a new program. Process of trial and error, research, working independently and within a team setting. Meeting deadlines, creating a valuable program to be used by many. Will also learn the workings of a multi-faceted non-profit organization. |
