Nealy Pierce LLC is a faith-based executive search firm that specializes in recruiting clinical staff and leaders for hospitals and healthcare systems across the United States. We are looking for a Data Analyst to intern within our Therapy/Rehabilitation team immediately.  This position is responsible for finding specific information online and over the phone to support the healthcare team's sales efforts. Hours are flexible based on the applicant's school schedule, but we will require a specific, agreed-upon time commitment because of the training involved with this role. Future full-time employment opportunities are possible based on performance, but not promised or guaranteed. 

- Learn: Research / Data Mining ... the intern will be responsible for finding specific information online and over the phone to support the healthcare team's sales efforts
- Learn: Healthcare ... the intern will learn healthcare terminology and how a hospital is structured
- Learn: Sales ... the intern will be exposed to successful sales consultants and hear how they begin a consultative dialogue and firm up commitments
- Learn: Time Management ... the intern will learn how to manage their time efficiently in order to meet daily and weekly goals
- Learn: Database Management / Data Entry ... the intern will learn how to input data into an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Must be able to type correctly and efficiently
- Must be proficient working with computers
